Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all sales of products made on the website vitalispro.ma (the “Site”), operated by VitalisPro, a distributor of natural food supplements in Morocco. Placing an order on the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products

The products offered are food supplements, described as accurately as possible (composition, dosage, packaging). Images are for illustration only. Our products are ONSSA certified (Morocco’s National Office for Food Safety).

Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are under medical treatment, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, seek advice from a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included. VitalisPro may change its prices at any time; orders are billed at the price in effect when the order is confirmed. Delivery fees are set out in Article 5 and displayed before order confirmation.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once the customer validates the delivery details (name, address, phone). Payment is made exclusively on delivery (cash on delivery). No online payment is required to place an order. VitalisPro may refuse or cancel any order containing clearly incorrect or incomplete information. Orders may be confirmed by phone or message before shipping.

5. Delivery

Delivery throughout Morocco, usually within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation.
Free delivery for any order of 170 DH or more.
Below 170 DH, a delivery fee of 30 DH applies.
For Casablanca, the delivery fee is 20 DH.

Delivery times are indicative. VitalisPro is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond its control. For any delivery issue, contact customer service at 0653882282.

6. “30-Day Money-Back” guarantee

VitalisPro offers a “30-day satisfied or refunded” guarantee, valid on any first order. A refund may be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the product is unopened or used by less than 20% of its contents. Full terms are in our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data.

8. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, logos, visual identity, layouts) is the property of VitalisPro or its partners. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

9. Liability

The Site’s editorial information is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The VitalisPro team is not composed of healthcare professionals. VitalisPro is not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow usage precautions.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes will first be addressed amicably; failing agreement, they will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca.
