Delivery areas

VitalisPro delivers everywhere in Morocco. Your orders are prepared with care and shipped from our premises in Casablanca.

Shipping fees

Delivery is free for any order equal to or above 170 MAD. For orders below 170 MAD, a standard delivery fee applies and is shown automatically at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days in Casablanca and major cities, and 2 to 5 business days for other regions.

Cash on delivery

You pay for your order on delivery, in cash, directly to the courier. No online payment is required to place an order.

Lost or undelivered parcel

If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for a reason attributable to us, we undertake to reship it free of charge or to find the most suitable solution for you.
