VitalisPro is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights. It complies with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data.

2. Data we collect

  • Order data: first and last name, phone number, delivery address.
  • Contact data: information you send when you write to us.
  • Newsletter data: e-mail address, when you give explicit consent.
  • Browsing data: technical and anonymized statistical data (analytics cookies).

3. Purposes

  • Process, confirm and deliver your orders (cash on delivery).
  • Provide customer service and follow up on requests.
  • Send you, with your consent, news and offers by newsletter.
  • Improve the Site and measure its audience in aggregate.

4. Legal basis and consent

Processing of order data is based on the performance of the sales contract. The newsletter is based solely on your explicit consent, collected at sign-up. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Newsletter and unsubscribe

Newsletter sign-up is optional and requires a voluntary action. Every e-mail includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also request removal at any time at contact@vitalispro.ma.

6. Data sharing

We never sell your data. It may be shared only with providers strictly necessary to fulfil your order (notably the carrier, for delivery), bound by the same confidentiality obligation. Our processors are: the carrier Tawsilex (delivery), Listmonk (newsletter sending) and Hostinger (hosting of the Site).

7. Retention

Order data is kept for as long as necessary for processing and legal (accounting and tax) obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw consent.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. The Site is secured with encryption (HTTPS).

9. Cookies

The Site uses cookies necessary for its operation and analytics cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse them; some features may then be limited.

10. Your rights
